Deborah Swanger Photography

Deborah Swanger Photography joined The Shoppes in May 2007 when the Shoppes opened.  Their gallery at The Shoppes showcased their photography and helped to boost their visibility within the community. Deb & Sharon's styles work beautifully together, and their collaboration has created their greatest strength. They specialize in  maternity, babies, children, seniors, family, pets & commercial photography. They left the Shoppes in May 2008 and began looking for a downtown studio space of their own in Mount Joy. Upon entering their beautiful studio, it is hard to imagine that it was formerly an automotive shop! In fact, Deb & Sharon recieved Main Street Mount Joy's Excellence in Property Transformation award in March 2010. Visit them at:

Edward J. "Ted" Webber Fine Arts Studio

Ted opened his art studio at The Shoppes in July 2008.  While at The Shoppes, he completed several Mount Joy originals, which he often worked on at The Shoppes on the front porch.  He is amazing to watch as he brings an idea to life through painting. Ted’s artwork includes pastoral landscapes from across the world to quaint nostalgic Mount Joy renderings that are captured in watercolor and oil.   Need a gift that fits perfectly above the mantel?  Ted specializes in commissioned work of architecture, landscapes, and homes. In addition to his selling original artwork, customers could also purchase prints and greeting cards.  Most recently in Sept 2010, Ted created a new Mount Joy piece of the former Mount Joy theater facade.  During Sept's Fourth Friday, he painted in front of the Shoppes and then unveiled it during the marquee lighting later that night. If you are interested in a one-of-a-kind painting created by Ted Webber, contact him at 717-653-5920.

Let's Make Arrangements

Before joining The Shoppes in the summer of 2008 as a business, Let’s Make Arrangements’ owner Cindy Schnee had an in-home business.  At the Shoppes, customers could find her silk floral arrangements and homemade candy.  You could also pick up an already designed arrangement or custom order one.  Now you can pick up handmade candy by Cindy at Gus's Restaurant or by calling her directly at 717-653-1054. Cindy specializes in peanut brittle, chocolates, sugar free chocolates, chocolate covered pretzels, and Orea lollipops. You can also email Cindy at LMAflowers@comcast.net.
